Logic vs Emotion is Americas true battle
I remember back in the day (the 90s and back) when we told people to toughen up.
Now we just cater to their insecurities, and if we don't we get called insensitive🤷🏾♂️.
But what about those who don't understand empathy and really can't allow themselves to feel sorry for someone whose short comings are their own doing.
Do not hold someone else accountable for self-inflicted wounds!
We all about healthy eating yet gym class was taken out of schools because parents complained that their over weight children shouldn't have to exercise if they didn't want to.
God have mercy on the person who has an opposing opinion to anything in today's society.
You speak out on social injustice but commit social prejudice everyday...
Fat guys are in but Big girls aren't
Black lives matter, but your favorite rap song talks about murder... so then black lives must only matter when taken by white hands
Respect women but your recently played songs talk about dogging them and passing them round
Transpeople shouldn't be stopped from joining the military because that's not fair... but fat, flat footed, color blind, deaf as blind people have never been able to join and nobody tried to March for them.
If a straight man has any sort of opposing opinion he is immediately marked as sexist and misogynistic, but if a gay man or a woman says the same thing it's okay.
Lesbians are widely accepted but gay men are frowned upon by both genders...
A female can have a gay male friend until he starts talking to you about his sex life then you're disgusted. But lesbian sex turns you on?
Seems to me that people flip flop and nobody is correct. So who are we to judge anyone. I'm serious fed up with society.
Pick your battles America! When one wins, one looses, but tell me which is better in the long run?
I was told once to stop trying to battle emotion with logic because emotional people are not logically thinking.
Do the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few even if it weakens the value of the many in the future?
Are we a nation with standards or a country with feelings.
